  • Physical damage, and data loss, could occur if the hard drive or computer was dropped. Shock is the #1 cause of physical damage. Natural disasters, fire, flood, or other situations where the hard drive is physically damaged.
  • Mechanical failure is when your hard drive breaks down. Something inside the hard drive is no longer functioning as it should. This not only leads to data loss, but like the physical recovery, your hard drive will be repaired inside our Class 100 clean room.

  • We can recover data from any raid level, type, or configuration.
  • Under most circumstances we can recover the data within 24-72 hours.
